LaGrange, Georgia, is a jewel of a city about an hour outside of Atlanta and just 20 minutes from the Alabama border. With lively shops, outdoor spaces, breweries, and event venues, this cozy Southern town is anything but sleepy.

While touring wedding venues, Sara Grace and Jared fell in love with the Oakfuskee Conservation Center in LaGrange, Georgia. The location was amazing, as it was just an hour south of Atlanta, Georgia, and overlooked West Point Lake.

Oakfuskee Conservation Center, on a picturesque point of land with unobstructed views of West Point Lake and Pyne Road Park’s majestic forests, is introduced to the public on Friday, December 1, at a ribbon cutting ceremony with local officials and dignitaries.

Oakfuskee Conservation Center includes a grand foyer with fireplace, veranda, indoor banquet area, outdoor covered banquet area, outdoor pavilion, downstairs patio, brides’ room, grooms’ room, catering kitchen, offices, new service roads, sidewalks, and nature trails.

Environmental stewardship is at the forefront of the future Oakfuskee Conservation Center’s mission as the development opens its doors before the end of the year.
